Applied Digital reported fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue of $341.9 million for the quarter ended August 31, 2026, up 322% year on year, and a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $221.0 million. The data centre developer delivered a 75 MW phase at its Polaris Forge 1 campus, taking live capacity there to 175 MW. It also closed $1.59 billion of senior secured notes to fund a third, 150 MW building.

Digital Realty has begun construction of KIX15, a 24 MW data center at its KIX Campus in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Developed by MC Digital Realty, its 50/50 joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation, the facility is scheduled to start operations in the fourth quarter of 2028 and is designed for hybrid air- and liquid-cooling. On completion, the joint venture's Japan portfolio will reach 10 data centers with about 220 MW of aggregate IT capacity.
