Detectives want witnesses after human blood was found in a Rongotai pedestrian tunnel on Coutts Street about 10.40pm on Sunday 4 October. Detective Senior Sergeant Steve Wescott said the scene was examined and nobody was found nearby then. Police are trying to identify anyone involved and piece together what occurred.
