Stack Overflow says a ChatGPT plugin for its Stack Overflow for Agents product tripled registrations overnight and drove up to 10 times more agent creation. Brazilian bank Itaú is scaling generative AI with OpenAI models through its ia.i conversational interface and IARA governance platform. ia.i reached about 300,000 customers in its first phase, aiming for the full customer base by the end of 2026. Itaú said a legal AI workflow on IARA already handles more than 90 million documents and over 2 million tasks a month, with efficiency gains of 20% to 80% in some processes.
