Aligned Data Centers is deploying Phaidra’s Prism AI platform across its portfolio to give operations teams facility-specific intelligence. Prism is a read-only layer that analyzes building management, electrical power monitoring, and related systems to flag irregularities earlier and speed root-cause analysis. The companies say the tool runs on the NVIDIA DSX AI Factory platform and is meant to amplify operators rather than replace them.
