Governor Kehoe Expands Executive Order Providing Transportation Cost Relief to Missouri Farmers and Truckers
Governor Mike Kehoe signed Executive Order 26-20, expanding an order issued the previous week to allow highway use of dyed diesel fuel by all motor vehicles for any purpose. The order aligns Missouri with a federal executive order on diesel tax relief and bars state penalties for operators covered by the exemption. It also extends temporary agricultural weight allowances and expires December 31, 2026.
