Governor Kotek Appoints Judge to the 10th Judicial District
Oregon Governor Tina Kotek appointed Victoria E. Dethloff to the 10th Judicial District covering Union and Wallowa counties, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Thomas B. Powers. The appointment takes effect January 1, 2027. Dethloff, a Willamette University College of Law graduate, works in the Oregon Department of Justice child advocacy and protection division and has a background in juvenile dependency, delinquency and criminal law.
